In one of the seminars held during the last Fair Florists Aalsmeer, Netherlands, producers worked on six basic trends in decoration and, therefore, the use of flowers. According to experts, the most important word to remember is “honesty.” People want to return to the roots and everything you eat must be real and simple.
The most important trends described in the use of flowers for interior decoration styles were natural, rustic, neo-classical, mystical, exotic and futuristic.
The natural interior decoration is the tendency of older. The key words to describe the style are: nature, simplicity, warmth and purity. The colors are warm and soft white, beige, soft yellow green and pink together. The flowers that go well with the natural style should be modest, neither wild nor exuberant. The best are the simple bouquets color and arrangement, with groups of flower buds on the same choice, such as a bouquet of pinks or freesias.
The rustic interior is similar to the natural pear are rooted in nostalgia and in the extension of a country lifestyle. Keywords are authentic (with respect to antiquities), country, nostalgia and honesty. Colors include natural dyes such as blue, purple, white and grayish green.
